Shipping Policies

Standard Ground Service: All items ship from our NJ based warehouse and arrive within 2-7 business days of receiving the order.

If you’re in a hurry, you can expedite your order for three, two or next day service. Please note: Transit time on

• Orders (without personalization) placed by 2 PM EST Monday through Friday will ship same day - with exception to any holiday closures or unforeseen weather exceptions.
• Orders (without personalization) placed after 2 PM EST will ship the following business day.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
• Please note transit time does not include weekends and holidays.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged the expedited delivery charges. (Please see table above)

Personalized Orders

Please allow up to 5 additional business days for delivery of orders that include monogramming (debossing, foil stamping or embroidery) on our products. All in-stock items will be shipped together after personalization is completed. Most orders will ship within 1-2 days even with personalization but there is no guarantee. Please call us at 888.45.CLAVA to discuss the production schedule for your order - we always want to deliver on time for your special occasion.
